What You'll Need
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- pinch of salt and pepper
For the glaze
- 7 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl, add in the melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together. Place the chicken wings on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the wings over and bake for another 20 minutes.
- While the chicken wings are baking, prepare your glaze by sauteing the minced garlic and butter in a small pan on the stove on low-to-medium-low heat. I did this after flipping the chicken wings the second time. You do not want to burn the garlic, just cook it. Whisk in the flour and allow the glaze to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Glaze the chicken wings, turn the oven to broil on high, broil for 4-5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce, or enjoy plain!
